الوصف العام للوظيفة:
هتكون مسؤول عن تنفيذ الخطط والاستراتيجيات العامة لقسم البحث الطبي، وتحويلها لأهداف واضحة ومتابعة تحقيق النتائج.
المهام الوظيفية:
• الالتزام بتطبيق إرشادات الممارسة السريرية الجيدة (GCP/ICH) من أول موافقة لجنة الأخلاقيات وحتى تخزين الأدوية والتقارير.
• المتابعة الدورية مع الباحثين لضمان الالتزام بالبروتوكولات وتوثيق البيانات.
• جمع الـ CRFs والتقارير الخاصة بالدراسات من المراكز المشاركة.
شروط التقديم:
• بكالوريوس في أحد التخصصات الطبية: (طب – صيدلة – أو مجال طبي مشابه)
• إجادة استخدام الحاسوب والبرامج الأساسية
• مستوى جيد جدًا في اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا)
مهارات مطلوبة:
• مهارات تواصل وعرض متميزة
• القدرة على التنسيق مع أطباء وباحثين داخل المنظومة الصحية
• المرونة في إدارة عدة برامج في نفس الوقت
• العمل بروح الفريق وكذلك بشكل مستقل

General Job Description:
Responsible for implementing the department’s strategy, breaking it down into objectives, and reporting on outcomes.
Key Duties:
• Ensure full compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines — from protocol approval to proper drug storage, adverse event reporting, and consent forms.
• Maintain regular communication with investigators to ensure proper documentation and CRF completion.
• Collect CRFs and study reports from various participating centers.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet use
• Very good written and spoken English
Skills & Attributes:
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities with researchers and physicians
• Capable of managing multiple studies and programs simultaneously
• Able to work independently and in a team setting
